How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if you change your mind, you can initiate a return or exchange within five days of receiving your item. Here's how:

PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGING/RETURNING ORDER

1. You will be required to ship the product via India post/any other local courier to the address conveyed by our team.

Once the tshirt/product reaches us, we will verify the claim and send a new piece to you.

2.  After the exchange process is initiated, it will take 7-8 days for your order to reach our warehouse. Following that, an exchange or gift card will be issued within the next 24 hours, as per your request.

3. This shipping cost have to be bear by the customer and the company is not responsible for the same.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Processing Refunds:

Upon receiving your return request and once the product reaches us, WhatsApp us with your preferred UPI details or bank account information for the refund. We will process the refund promptly and send you a screenshot confirming the transaction. Please note that the refund may take 2-3 days to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
